$3.5 billion in 2007

2007 has been an amazing year of transition for Cayuse, Inc. As we approach year-end, we took some time to tally stats from our customers and reflect on what we've done.

In 2007, Cayuse424 customer sites submitted $3.5 billion (with a "B"!) worth of research proposals to federal agencies.

That's an amazing and important number, and it shows how vital and important Cayuse is in U.S. research. Even more exciting is what's coming in 2008. Stay tuned!

Research with results: focus on Darfur

The Smithsonian magazine recently carried an article on Christina Galitsky's energy-efficient cookstove, which makes life a little easier for Darfur's refugees. This is the kind of research that matters, and the kind of research that drives the Cayuse mission.

Cayuse customers don't have to worry about this

With the NIH tightening the "oops" window from 5 days to 2 days, Cayuse customers can rest easy. Since Cayuse424 validates and error-checks proposals before submission, researchers can know that their proposals are clean and accurate before sending. Just one more way Cayuse stays out in front of the curve for our customers.

This is also interesting:

Over 93% of applicants submitting to the November 5, 2007 R01 receipt date successfully completed the process within two submission attempts.

Over 99% of proposals submitted with Cayuse424 are successful on the first attempt. Cayuse customers don't have to submit multiple times.
